To degrade them

By too many of our ancestors

Those who

Tried to eradicate

Do my people even realize theres still a need to revolt?

It takes a village

To raise a child

But our children

Have no respect for their elders

And their parents

Are ambivalent

Aiding & abetting

Their insolence

The village has vanished

Still use the term

Good Hair

The hell is good hair anyway?

While others have
